Developing concept layouts, co-ordinating architectural, structural and building services designs in producing finalised drawing packages for statutory approvals. Preparing the full planning submission pack and Communication with contractors and gathering tenders.
Communication with contractors and coordinate the site inspections and commissioning, as necessary. Arranging for completion certificates linked to statutory approvals, organise final inspections and issue of the operations and maintenance manual, warranties, and appropriate as-built drawings.
